4. NFT Ownership and Rights

NFTs on our Platform represent unique digital assets stored on blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana). Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of the token itself, but not necessarily the underlying artwork, media, or intellectual property ("IP") rights unless explicitly stated.

Creators retain all IP rights to the content associated with their NFTs unless a separate license is provided. As a buyer, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the NFT for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Modify, reproduce, or distribute the NFT content without permission.
• Use the NFT in a way that implies endorsement by us or the creator.
• Engage in fractionalization, pooling, or staking of NFTs unless permitted.

All transactions are peer-to-peer via smart contracts. We facilitate but do not guarantee the authenticity, uniqueness, or value of NFTs.

5. Transactions and Fees

Transactions involve cryptocurrencies or fiat via integrated payment processors. You are responsible for all gas fees, transaction costs, and taxes.

We charge a [X]% platform fee on sales, plus any applicable royalties to creators. Fees are non-refundable.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in cases of technical errors verified by us.

You represent that your funds are from legitimate sources and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

6. User Content and Conduct

You may upload content (e.g., artwork for minting NFTs). By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote it on the Platform.

You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with laws. Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal, harmful, or obscene material.
• Spam, malware, or deceptive practices.
• Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination.

We may remove content or suspend users violating these rules without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, trademarks, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part without permission.

8. Risks and Disclaimers

NFTs and cryptocurrencies are volatile and involve risks, including total loss of value. We do not provide financial advice.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for:

• Blockchain failures, hacks, or smart contract bugs.
• Third-party wallet or exchange issues.
• Regulatory changes affecting NFTs.

Use at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months. This applies to all claims, including contract, tort, or strict liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of Terms, or infringement of rights.

11. Dispute Resolution
